Submitting a letter of inquiry is the first phase of the application process. The application will open for everyone on February 12 and close on February 23 for intern applicants and March 8 for full-time Fellows and student-athlete applicants.

We know it can be tough to thrive at school, especially when you may have a lot of other important things going on in your life. Although academic performance will be an evaluation criteria, applicants do not have to meet a certain threshold to apply.

Endeavor hires hundreds of ambitious interns and entry-level employees throughout the year. We value our entry-level employees and interns, as they work alongside our full-time employees to represent some of the biggest culture carriers in the world. Endeavor businesses make a real impact in the entertainment industry. As we do in business, it is our goal to disrupt the current definition of access for entry-level opportunities across our industries in this pilot fellowship. This program’s ultimate purpose is to create a pathway for Endeavor Fellows to rise as successful employees and become leaders in our industries.

For full-time fellows, if you are in good standing at the close of the Fellowship, you will have the opportunity to continue in that position. For interns, we cannot guarantee permanent employment, however, interns are welcome to apply for any available vacancies during or after their time with us. Several past interns have been offered permanent positions at the company. Overall, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a career within Endeavor who wants real exposure to the many sides of a media powerhouse.

In addition to the orientation, Fellows will participate in bi-monthly programming with their fellowship class aimed to empower and provide the skills, network and confidence to succeed in the industry and at their fellowship. Fellows will also be paired with a mentor outside of their core supervisor to enhance their organizational and industry understanding.

The program will be organized the same way with the same requirements in each location. Each business unit operates uniquely based on the business they do. No fellowships will be identical, but the Fellowship programming and support will reach everyone.

It takes time to carefully review and select the candidates that are going to be game changers for our company. Summer interns will be announced in May 2020 and full-time Fellows will be announced in July 2020.
