Undergraduate degree from a two- or four-year institution
Demonstrates a commitment to leadership, inclusion and community impact
Interest in pursuing a career in the sports, entertainment or fashion industries
Summer Internship
Currently enrolled full-time in a two- or four-year institution
Expected graduation date of December 2020 or later
Demonstrates a commitment to leadership, inclusion and community impact
Interested in pursuing a career in the sports, entertainment or fashion industries

Student-Athlete Internship
Currently enrolled full-time in a two- or four-year institution
Expected graduation date of December 2020 or later
Varsity athlete with a practice schedule that would exclude you from a traditional two-month summer internship
Demonstrates a commitment to leadership, inclusion and community impact
Interested in pursuing a career in the sports, entertainment or fashion industries
Location Options and Available Divisions
Each Impact Fellow will be placed at a WME, Endeavor Content or IMG Fashion office in New York, Nashville or Los Angeles. Applicants will have the chance to rank their preferred choices during the application process.

Impact Fellowship Full-Time Program Details
Core Role
Like many full-time employees at Endeavor, full-time Fellows begin in our floating assistant program to quickly gain exposure to many facets of the entertainment business and work their way up to become assistants to agents and executives in their respective fields.
Impact Fellowship Components
The sports, entertainment, and fashion industries have always been important leaders in social change. We’ve developed this Fellowship to find and nurture the next generation of diverse leaders who will use the industry as a platform to positively impact the world around them.
Impact Fellowship participants will become part of the impact footprint of Endeavor through:
Playing a leadership role in Endeavor’s social impact and community programs
Participating in speaking engagements to inspire the next generation of aspiring diverse and impact-minded executives
Designing and seeing through a project based on a social cause you’re interested in exploring
Playing an active role in recruiting the next cohort of Impact Fellows
Ongoing professional development and coaching to help you maximize your leadership potential
Impact Fellowship Experience
FULL-TIME FELLOW APPLICATION PROCESS
Phase 1
Letter of Inquiry
February 12 – March 25
Submit a Letter of Inquiry, which is a short essay describing, “Why You Want To Be an Endeavor Impact Fellow”.
Phase 2
Invitation to Complete Full Written Application
May 2020
Selected Letter of Inquiry submissions will be invited to complete a more robust application comprised of:
Application: Education, work experience, and skills
Essays: Four short essays to demonstrate your commitment to social impact and aspiration to use the sports, entertainment or fashion industries as an accelerator for positive change.
Placement Choice: Applicants rank the top three placements they would most like to work within and reasons for choosing them
Phase 3
On-camera Application
May – June 2020
Further selected applicants from Phase 2 will submit a short video answering questions to be provided by Endeavor.
Phase 4
Video Interviews
July 2020
Finalists will be selected for video interviews to be conducted by the Impact Fellowship Hiring Committee, comprised of a cross-section of team members representing WME, IMG Fashion, and Endeavor Content.
