Core Role

Like many full-time employees at Endeavor, full-time Fellows begin in our floating assistant program to quickly gain exposure to many facets of the entertainment business and work their way up to become assistants to agents and executives in their respective fields.

Impact Fellowship Components

The sports, entertainment, and fashion industries have always been important leaders in social change. We’ve developed this Fellowship to find and nurture the next generation of diverse leaders who will use the industry as a platform to positively impact the world around them.

Impact Fellowship participants will become part of the impact footprint of Endeavor through:

  • Playing a leadership role in Endeavor’s social impact and community programs

  • Participating in speaking engagements to inspire the next generation of aspiring diverse and impact-minded executives

  • Designing and seeing through a project based on a social cause you’re interested in exploring

  • Playing an active role in recruiting the next cohort of Impact Fellows

  • Ongoing professional development and coaching to help you maximize your leadership potential

Impact Fellowship Experience

Fellows will begin their experience with a paid entertainment industry bootcamp and orientation in Los Angeles. Round trip flight, lodging and meals are included.
Fellows will participate in programming with their Fellowship class aimed to empower and provide the skills, network and confidence to succeed in the industry and at their Fellowship.
Fellows will be paired with a mentor in addition to their core supervisor to enhance organizational and industry understanding.
